THE CAVITATION EFFECT IN ULTRASOUNDS

It is a phenomenon that is created in a liquid subject to ultrasound waves: they generate compression and decompression waves.

In the decompression/expansion phase, a negative pressure is created within the liquid itself, generating a large amount of gassy bubbles that enlarge until the compression phase intervenes.

The huge amount of pressure that is put on the bubbles compresses them, with a subsequent increase in the temperature of the gas contained in them until they implode.

The energy of collision caused by the implosion breaks up the membrane of the adipose cells, allowing their content loos.

The content of adipocytes - tri-glycerides is then eliminated through the lymphatic and blood system.
